I've been based in Shanghai for sixteen months now, and have let the layers in my hair grow out, rather than get a bad cut.

I would love tips on salons where people know how to handle Western hair. My hair is super thick and has some wave.

If you can introduce your favorite Shanghai stylists, ideally for under 300 rmb, I'd be very grateful.
