I just ease a thin - damp - piece of cotton wool under the head of the nail to provide a barrier between flesh and the sharp nail, & then trim the ends of the cotton wool.

It can stay there for weeks without falling out.

I am going to this place for quite a long time for pedicure, they do good and very clean pedicure. They help me with my ingrown toe nail too. I will pm you thier address.
