Please help with CAREER

I'm an English teacher working in a newly opened center. Last week, I had to watch the reception as everyone went to lunch. The Outlook was left open and I found that there were teachers applying for my post and other posts as well. These applications were recieved at the beginning of March and the center's been opened for 1 month. Then another teached bumped into an old friend and that friend said he was called into our center for an interview.
We are deeply worried about our positions, but don't know how to speak with our supervisors as we are worried it will all backfire.

PLEASE HELP ME ON WHAT TO DO. Shall I keep my my mouth shut for now or speak up? How and what do I say?
