natural beauty products

Dear all

I have just arrived and it seems mistakenly thought that natural health stores would be easy to find in Shanghai. I am looking for pure ash soap, pure body oils and products like dr Hauschka.
I also need weekly massages for my back (scoliosis and shoulder aches) for which I brought guidelines from my osteopath back home. Can anyone advise on these issues? A good massage person would be great too. It would be nice to try something local.
