I have a scar and I'd like to improve its appearance. Any recommendations like a beauty centre, skin clinic? all advice appreciated

You could talk to the staff at a3m, 10/F, Asia Pacific center, 8 Wyndham Street, Central. Phone 2521 8989.

They wil not be able to get rid of the scar completely but they can reduce it significantly. Look at their website www.a3m.com.hk

Kat28, I don't know how bad your scar is, but I have found rubbbing pure rosehip oil to be fantastic with reducing the appearance of scars.

And vitamin E (break open a capsule) is said to help too. There is a (cheap) potion on sale in Boots the Chemist in the UK that promises to reduce the appearance of scars, even old keloid ones, but I'm sorry I can't remember what it's called and I don't expect they sell it in the outlets here, but if you can find it on Google maybe there's something similar on the market you could try instead?
