I am getting vietnam visa as well by next week. Just go directly to their consulate and you can get it within 4 days or if you want a fast visa (within 1 day) you have to double pay. The man's name was Magic and he canbe contacted on 13501828752. There office is in Bao shan. About a block from the train station, and near a Kodak shop, where you can get the passport photos you will need. It took about 5 working days and was 1000 yuan.
