12 mth China Visa

HiyA... Looking for standard 12month tourist visa for China...

You used to be able to get them at Japan Travel services in TST... bu a friend said no go anymore... max. issued is 3 mths... anyone know anyone in HK still issuing 12 month China Visas for Aussies?

In addition, I have a HK company, should I be getting a business visa in stead...? Is that easier/harder? More expensive..

Any advice appreciated.

if you go to the Chinese consulate in Wan chai, they might give you 12 months - if you have had previous visas - in fact most likely they will. when I went (my previous visa was for 6 months) - they pulled faces and my request for 12 months, said they could not guarantee it and.... gave me one for 12 mnths after all that - so try them.

no idea about a business one tho
