Accm Malate/Ermita area - approx PHP 1200

Hi, am looking for somewhere clean to stay in the vicinity of Malate/Ermita (Robinsons) for a cost of about PHP 1200 per night per room with breakfast maybe thrown in. A simple guest house or similar. Please if possible provide an email address or website of locations. Am looking at next March 08 .. so lots of time till then .. regards Peter

Hi Khim, have tried to find this place .. and the closest I have come is a hotel called Kabayan Hotel .. is this the one you mean .. Peter
