Phil,
I'm heading to GZ in August...but forget the rugby- I need to know how/where to watch the AFL, especially when it gets to September! I look forward to seeing a posting that will help me sort this out without too much hassle when I arrive. You don't happen to be the Phil working for RMIT do you?

You can try internet satellite TV. It offers a complete package of US or UK TV channels. You need a fast internet connection and the cost is around US$150 per month. I tried it and the picture is great! I set it up to run through my 42 inch plasma and it also works on my laptop so I can watch it wherever I am.
