If you think about getting any of those, think also on the amount of radiation you will expose yourself to when operating it, as far as i know its quite large.
Guangdong is awash with manufacturers of such equipment. Too many to mention, but search for "mobile phone jammer/blocker manufacturers guangdong" and you'll be spoilt for choice.
Careful of the no-frills jammers (usually walkie-talkie shaped & no antenna) they often only block one system, or at best one system at a time. And sometimes don't work with new technologies like 3G (successor to GPRS, tech needed for wireless downloading). You don't want a jammer that only blocks certain people and older phones.
The multi-aerial units are available at Haiyin (north side of Haiyin bridge). Lots of models from RMB150-200+ upwards. Start with Haiyin's spycam/hidden surveillance equipment shops as they usually have jammers on sale.
Re radiation worries, as far as I understand, the huge, powerful, non-portable jammers only cause the concern. Otherwise, churches, cinemas wouldn't be debating the installation of jamming equipment.
Jammers work by transmitting radio signals on the same frequency as mobile phones and disrupting the phone's link to it's nearest base station/aerial. They end up cancelling out each other out. In the process, I believe, jammers absorb radiation from the base station of the phone.
