I don't know why I can't sign in into my yahoo messenger. Everytime I click the button to sign in, it disappears.

A friend said my account might have been hacked! Is this possible? How do i fix this?

For many people the solution for things they don't understand is "hacked" or "virus". Try a google search on "yahoo signin disappears"

i tried all the help and FAQs, and the only thing I haven;t done is to reset. Since Im not tech-savvy obviously, I'm scared that I might delete some applications that are important if I do click the reset button.

Anyone who experienced the same? My YM automatically prompts to sign in as invisible evrytime I go online, and this has disappeared too

Have u tried to remove YM and than re-install it? If not, try that.
