I'm looking for a Hard Disk/DVD Recorder which includes:

Built in TV Tuner
DivX
Ability to play video or store video in the DVD Recorder Hard Disk via USB (portable hard disk)
5.1 Audio (Home Theater System)

Is there such thing out there?
