Video HI 8 Recorder

does anyone have or know how to get an old hi 8 video machine and battery.I have old tapes that i need to play(not record).I do not want to send the tapes away either.

for that kind of thing I would Ebay it, not going to be all that easy to find a dedicated Hi 8 deck in HK. Check out either the Aus UK or NZ versions www.trademe.co.nz may have something too, those 3 locations have the same voltages as HK.
