Hi hi I tried out the recipe above. I used the exact same quantity as stated and baked in a 10 x 13 inch tray. But the top part of the brownie burnt and the bottom was uncooked. If there any way to make it bake more evenly? I was using a temperature of 120DegC...
Oh just a question, does this recipe produces those soft and fudgy brownies or chewy and fudgy brownies?
If I wanna make my brownies more chewy, what changes do i need to make to the brownies?
wow that sounds a bit weried!(burnt at 120deg)
i would check the settings on the oven maby you only had the top heat on and no bottom heat or maby too close to the top of the oven!
as far as the recipe its more of a soft fudgy brownie!if you want a more chewy brownie i would suggest double the amount of flour
ashley some of the ovens in China have the top and bottom element that needs to be turned on separately. I had one of the cheapo ovens bought in Guangzhou and I had to set the top and bottom heat separately. I would have the bottom on for 3/4 of the baking time, then turn the top on for the last bit.
Good luck!
