Do you know any good cooking class in Hong Kong after office hours? Western foods and chinese foods please.

Six Senses in Wanchai is very convient and have classes most evenings and on the weekend. Website: www.s6nses.com - There should be a class schedule there. Tel: 2838 9905.

Hi ucp1. I will be teaching some cooking classes at YMCA in TST for Chinese and Western cuisines in the fall. One is called "HOW TO CREATE CHINESE DELICACIES IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN" and another is "CHOCOLATE DREAMS". Classes are small and course fees are low. So, if you're interested, let me know and I'll give you more details.
