You can buy potato starch, tapioco starch and rice flour in many supermarkets. Go to big ones like Carrefour. Then ask someone at home to send you some guar or xanthan gum which is really important for baking. There are SO many recipes on the internet. Here at Clifford Estates you can buy small ovens in the small electrical shop across the alley from the wet market. And DIY!
