Samosas

Hi, does anyone know if I can get ready-made samosas and vegetarian spring rolls in batches of say 20 or so? I would like to put them in the freezer and use them as and when I need them. The spring rolls in most supermarkets tend to have some sort of beef/pork flavouring added to them.

Why don't you make the rolls by yourself? It's very easy to make and it takes you less then 10' to make. So you always have fresh rolls instead of frozen ones!

We used to have our maid make veggie spring rolls, veggie dumplings and spinach triangles (greek/turkish) in large batches and freeze.

Now our freezer is full of frozen homemade baby food instead... ha

It would be good to know a source, maybe a maid who comes to the house and cooks a large batch?, for this once we have room again.

i picked up a packet of frozen samosas from carrefour in suntec city they were in a packet of 30's i think and they tasted pretty good alternatively you can get them at mustaphas also
