Cheap flight to Sydney

Qantas has a 2 for 1 deal at the moment.

I want to go to Sydney on 24 Jan and return 31 Jan but I am travelling solo.

Cost is $11,980 for two people, which is about $6,000 each.

Cathay and Virgin are charging $8,000-$9,000.

If you're interested in splitting this deal with me please let me know.

you are travelling during the Chinese New Year period (which begins Jan 29) so expect a bit of surcharge.

I just went to Sydney first week of October via Cathay and was charged $4000... can't believe rate will double in January :-(

It doesn't HK$3600 is CX's cheapest published fare at the moment.
