Any recipes out there for a packet of marshmallows. Rocky road would be great but my kids don't like cherries!

Rice Krispie Treats!
Look up the Kellogg's web site for all of the variations. Literally can be done in 10 minutes max. Make sure you butter your hands well or you'll have a sticky mess.

Here's our favorite brownie recipe - I make it whenever I see a packet of mini marshmallows at Pines or City Super but you can also use marshmallow fluff:

Choco Crunch Brownies

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 ounces miniature marshmallows
1 cup peanut butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
3 cups crispy rice cereal

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt.

Spread into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour on mini marshmallows. Cool.

Melt choc chips and peanut butter. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer.

Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
