How do you make cous cous so it's fluffy? I've tried a couple of times and I always end up with a mound of sloppy smushy stuff. I'd like to make it so it's granulous and fluffy. Any suggestions? Also, what's the best method?
or don't boil the couscous. There are instant ones. Yoe measure the cous cous into a serving bowl.
adda teaspoon of olive oil and a salt to taste and mix everything well
Add boiling water to just cover the cous cous - close with a lid and let it be for 5 minutes
remove the lid and stir it bringing the cous cous that's at the bottom to the top.
usually it's nice and fluffy and the grains are separate.
