Anyone got a tried and tested recipe for gnocchi - usually go for the spinach / white wine / cream/ garlic angle but looking for something different

Toss in olive oil and pour over arrabiata sauce.

Try with pesto sauce...I used to live in Italy...you will love it!

I love it with pesto or with a simple sauce made with 200g fontina cheese melted very gently over water. When melted, add about a cup of a really good tomato puree, some fresh basil to taste, and 1/4 cup cream. It is heavenly.

I love gnocchi!! The best gnocchi I have ever had was at a restaurant in Banff....now if anyone can give me that recipe....
