Microwave Cake

I have made a few syrup sponge puddings in the microwave & they turned out real well. Anyone got a receipe for a cake or is it a waste of time trying to make a cake in a microwave?

My original question was maybe badly worded! I've seen loads of receipes on the net however what I was really wondering was if anyone could recommend one they have used & that worked out OK? I recall seeing cake mixes in the supermarket have no mention of microwave cooking so that got me wondering why?
