My tortillas are muy buenas. It takes a lot of time and patience (i fry them one by one, very nice to see them each grow!) What went wrong with yours?

My ayi makes really good ones. She learned from a former employee. She uses a bit of yeast in them. They reheat quite well in a dry frying pan. cheers from Ruth who even has an avocado to eat them with tonight!
