Hi, I am really interested in the HOMEMADE YOGURT. Would you mind let me know how and I am really appreciated if my kids can eat the fresh yogurt without sugar. Thank you again!
Boil the milk (full cream or normal; doesn't come out so well with skimmed milk). Let it cool to luke warm. Take 1 tsp. yoghurt (previously made or that you get from the supermarket)for about 500ml milk, spread it in a dish or container. Add the milk and mix well with a tsp. Leave it for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Voila! you will get lovely thick yoghurt. In winters, I tend to wrap it up with something warm (blanket or old sweater). Enjoy your yoghurt!
