Fudge Icing:
Melt 1/4 pound of butter
add 1/2 cup cocoa (powdered)
blend in confectioners sugar(start with 1 cup) and hot water to desired consistancy.
Brown Sugar Icing:
Melt 1/4 cup butter till slightly brown
remove from heat
add -1 cup of confectioners sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of milk or water
