Is it the type of tiny green stalk (thinner than bean sprout) with two baby leave on top ?
If so, I saw Parknshop selling it, usually :
- mix it in normal salad.
- add into soup at last minute.
- a bit of oil, few slices of ginger, add it in.
sprinke a bit of water, stir fry & cover with lid, 1 min or 2 when it tender, add salt, done.
make sure you wash it & drain it well.
don't know where they come from, think it is china.
