Does anyone know where I can find some - it is sort of a cross over between cottage cheese and quark?

There is a cheese shop ClassifiedPR which sells Montgomery's Cheddar, Kirkham's Lancashire etc. Call them to see what's in stock

thank you - am afraid it is completely different thing, not hard cheese, but rather for cooking - has texture of Riccotta... but thanks anyway!
