anyone know where I can buy a western style cake (sponge and fondant icing) in central/ soho/ midlevels?

there are a lot of threads on b-day cakes in this forum - have a search, but generally, depending on your budget - you can get either ready-made or made to order in Mandarin oriental bakery - my favourite, but will be pricey. Other place for made to order is Complete deelite in Lan Kwai Fong - they have a website.

Next time round you're interested in cakes, sponge or fondant, do get in touch, as I am just starting to do home made cakes.
