I think 360 sells kefir, but not the grains. But also you need raw milk, don't you?

hi Claire, apparently not, according to one site you can use milk in whatever form - pasteurized, homogenised, full cream, skimmed. http://www.rwood.com/Recipes/Kefir_Homemade.htm

yes, 360 sells kefir - plain and flavoured, costs a small fortune tho..
