Louise at Annerley Midwife teaches this, she might be the best person to ask and could probably refer you to some former clients for references...

hi layla, now it's my turn for a belated response! We are thinking of having another baby and I have previously had hypnotherapy in Australia for other reasons, but we had planned on using my hypnotherapist if & when the time came. I am interested to know how you thoughts and experience as I am still keen to do it here in HK. Many thanks

I am currently attending a hypnobirthing class at annerley and it really changes the way you think about giving birth. It's not about pain and drugs, but a celebration of welcoming the bundle of joy with embrace and love. highly recommended it.
