Bottle-feeding mothers Posted by Babeez (33 days ago) Can any mothers that have exclusively bottle-fed their babies share their experience of how long it took for their periods to return? It has now been 13 weeks and i have all the signs of an oncoming period but still nothing but lots of discharge. I saw my OB/GYN and he said it usually takes between 6-10 weeks so i am very late but he tells me that from the ultrasound, my period should be coming but still, nothing. Pregnancy tests come back negative but i feel bigger every day. Anyone had similar experiences? I am so confused...is it normal to have lots of discharge 3 months after delivery? I bottle fed my bubs and as you a huge scar (that still feels weird to this day and it was 15months ago now!!) DEFINATLY get a second opinion when it comes to medical issues that don't add up - 3 months is a long time... let me know how you go. (I am based in Hong Kong) |
