I use Jetanin. Dr. Kriengchai. The lab and embryologist is the same at both. I went to Jetanin for scans and blood tests and they sent me to the newer Superior ART for egg retrieval. From there, it's SART's embryologist & lab and their nurse that is your contact person for updates on your embies. ET is done there too. It's a new facility, so they have the latest equipment and a very modern operating theater. I just chose Jetanin because a friend used them successfully.
Does anyone have experience of Ram Hospital? We've had little response from Jetanin except for a
quote and 'come on over and see me' from Dr K.! We are looking to try IVF+ Egg Donation in Thailand. [See our message]
bsm, hi, you seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Would you kindly give us some advice on our questions? I have posted on entitled: "BKK Fertility Inquiry" public post or PM either welcome! Thanks.
Dr. Jongjate (sp?) was my friend's doctor. She was successful. I contacted him and he assigned me to Dr. K. I was not successful because I didn't transfer anything. I'm in BKK now for round two, so hopefully this time I'll have something to transfer and it'll stick!
Has anyone used Dr. Pinyo at Jetanin? He seems like a nice guy but the cost is exorbitantly high compared to other good hospitals in the Bangkok area. However their donors are exclusively Chinese and Japanese. We plan to be in Thailand in a fews days and may use Dr. Wiwat at Ram. Hopefully the price difference does not equate success rate.
mdiogu - dr wiwat has left ram. they now have no dr who is an ivf/surrogate specialist. did the coordinators not tell you? the most senior embryologist at ram is also leaving. therefore ram will also have no lab.
they are supposed to have stopped all new cases.
at jetanin, dr. pinyo is supposed to be the most senior dr for ivf at jetanin.
i've gone through ivf at ram and there are things you must know. it seems PM is not very reliable. pls contact me via altleslie@gmail.com.
