prenatal yoga in shanghai

Hi,

I currently live in Shanghai and am wondering if any one could recommend a good place for prenatal yoga in puxi. Would also like to get massages during my pregnancy, is there a place with trained staff to carry this out?

There's so much choice in HK, but can't seen to find anything here.

I go to a Flow 1 class at Y+ with a teacher called Julie. She is fabulous and although the class is not designated as a prenatal class Julie will cater for your needs. I have been attending her classes for my entire pregnancy and will keep going for as long as can!
