Baptist Hospital Experience

Hi there! Have anyone given birth at the Baptist Hospital in Kowloon? I heard mixed reviews. Which is the best hospital for giving birth in Hong Kong? Please share your experiences. Thanks!

Hi Kachmi,
I have decided to have my baby at the Baptist where i was also born. The staff are really nice but you have to be prepared to wait for the doc as she is sometimes delivering babies. I have no problem with this as i find her to be kind and understanding. I have all my check-ups, ultrasounds at the hospital too. Consultation costs $170 and ultrasounds cost $600. I like this hospital as it is very cosy. My Mum had a wonderful birthing experience with me 29 years ago and apparently, some of those staff are still there. I just get the KCR to Kowloon Tong then walk. They have hotlines for after birth too. I wanted to have a 'one-stop shop' for my pregnancy and chose Baptist in the end. Personally, i liked it very much. Hope that helps! Oh and the dox gives me folic acid and medicine and it only costs about $30!
