does anyone have advice about getting children into acting or modelling?

There are several modelling agencies in HK, try googling.
For 'acting' try contacting RTHK, they make tv programmes for kids using kids. My son has done some, he's loved the whole experience, got to do some great stuff,like going in a helicopter, getting up close to dolphins etc.
