Good local schools for non chinee speaking child

Does anybody know any good local primary schools in the New Territories for non chinese speaking students? I know ESF schools are good but we cannot afford it. Thank you for your input.

Sorry I can't answer the question of a 'good' school, or a cheaper alternative to ESF schools in HK, but you can find out everything the Education Department offers for non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students at:

Try the Pui Kiu College Website. The website is for their primary section as well. The school is in Tai Wai.
