Insomnia

Can anyone recommend a Chinese herbalist or acupuncture doc who is good at addressing sleeping problems? I started having this problem since last Monday. I had a baby about 2 months ago, and I get up to pump at night around 3am or 4am and then can't go back to sleep.

I'd think hypnotherapy will be very effective for insomia or other sleeping disorders. Perhaps you should look up www.hypnosis-hk.com
