I recently got leather insoles for my arch from a podiatrist, problem is when I run, I sweat and causes friction, hence causes blisters. I read you can get some creams, pads etc from Superfeet, Benzoin, Engo etc... anyone know where I can buy these from - podiatrist dont stock them.
Karlyn Harfoot's (Podiatrist) shop upstairs in Pottinger Street, Central, 2877 1683 sells the Gehwol products.
I've found the Medihelp clinics the best podiarists for gait analysis... they do the footprints and video/computer analysis of posture and custom make insoles (not leather) after doing a plaster cast of your feet. Quite involved, but I wish I had gone earlier before problems began. Spent too much time at Podiatrists that pushed ready made products, instead of customised.
