Neurologist for vestibular migraines

A friend of mine is suffering from terrible vestibular migraines. Could anyone recommend a neurologist in HK with this type of specialty or experience?

The cause of vestibular migraine is highly related to inflammation of Trigeminal nerve. There are acute and chronic case. Your friend's seems acute. Acupuncture works like magic for migraine.
