Medical Insurance policy in retirement

Can anyone recommend a good medical insurance policy to have for retirement in Hong KOng. Cost effective, including covering long term medication, clinic visits and hospitatalization if the need arises. ( Husband & wife). Is the local Health service adequate without additional insurance?
Opinions please. Please PM me if you are not able to recommend companied by name.

There are many insurance companies that will cover you, but it all depends on your budget and what you consider cost effective. The HK hospitals and local health service is adequate, but if a serious or long term illness arises then costs can become expensive.

I cannot recommend any company until further details are known.
