Good doctor for Diabetes

My mom has diabetes and she is seeing a GP, but it seems he couldn't control her condition very well ,she fell dizzy and sweating almost everyday around the same time, even he did adjust the dosage of meds he prescribes in every visit....Does anyone know a good and caring doctor for Diabetes but not ridiculously expensive? any recommendation??

Thanks for all your help. Yes, she is Chinese. May I have the contact no. of Dr. John Ma and any idea where is he located? It is hard to choose who would be the right one for her, Thanks so much anyway:)
