Dr Victor Wong. He spends time at Dr Vio & Partners in both Prince's Building (2521-3302) and their TST clinic. He also has his own practice in TST.

I called Victor but he's fully booked. So I went to St. Paul's hospital to see ENT. Dr Chiu is very good and cheaper han Victor. The consultation fee only HK$400 while Victor is HK$650. The medicine costs HK$80 for voice cord inflammation. Just a piece of information for reference.
