Alcohol poisoning

If I have 6 glasses of wine in an evening, I won't be drunk because they will last several hours but every time I do, the next day my chest has small pimple like spots all over. They go away within 24 hours

I am going to assume it's a reaction to alcohol? Not sure.

or some ingredient in the wine besides alcohol. does beer or whiskey make you break out?

I have not noticed because it's been years since I drank anything but wine other than the odd vodka here and there.

It is very unattractive even though the bumps are colourless, it makes the skin on my chest look very old.

I have a kidney/liver function done once per year and it's always fine but then again, I don't drink 5 glasses of wine per night so it could be reacting to specific evenings.

Maybe it's the sulphite that is added to 'certain' wines (Chateau Sulphite).

Red wines have tannins in them and make a lot of people get awful reactions.
