Actually it wasn't about a marriage counselor,I was seeing a World Link gynocologist when I was pregnant and I wanted to do some prenatal and yoga classes and he was very helpful,and after the baby was born two years later he recommended a parenting group and a playgroup so he has a lot of connections.
If you call Worldlink they will put you in touch with someone.There are also many women's organizations in Shanghai you could turn to for advice on finding a marriage/couples therapy counselor.
