Vietnamese artist

Hello, am coming to Hanoi and am interested in some Vietnamese artists, Nguyen Thanh Binh and
Viet Dung. Does anyone know any galleries which may have their paintings and roughly how much I should expect to pay? Alternatively if you have any up and coming artists to recommend, I would love to consider as my budget is tight. Am not looking at an investment, I just like those 2 artists and would love to have one of their pieces. Thanks K
