Baking needs in Hanoi

Hi, anyone knows if there is a speciality shop for all baking needs such as whipped cream, baking tins, etc? I cant find the stuff in Metro hypermarket. Thanks.

baking tins - Western Canned Foods - 66 Ba Trieu. whipped cream - Thanh and Thuy's in Lang Nghi Tam or probably at L's at 1 Xuan Dieu. Lots of different flours at the above or elsewhere.

Have you found a source for whole wheat flour? Haven't seen any in shops for a couple of months now.
