Hanoi

I am thinking of coming to Hanoi in the next couple of months. Does anyone know of a a person with a scooter who would drive me around the city. Perfer someone who could speak some english and female.Would be happy to pay a daily rate and fuel. Sort of guide on scooter.
Any ideas of how much to pay?

lots of such folks about. Don't recall seeing lady xe om drivers, but no doubt there are. Or at least there will be ladies willing to assist.
