What are the bargains to buy

Can any one tell me what is cheap to buy in Vietnam?? I am from Hong Kong and would like to know what is cheap to buy over there?? Am I going to get better bargains? I have heard shoes are really cheap?

i suspect you wont find a lot here cheaper than you could buy it for in mainland china - shoes included!
