Does anyone know of any good men or women's tailors in Hanoi? Are they as good as the tailors in Hong Kong or Shenzhen?

Our boss (American Hong Kong) prefer Mr. Huy (Ton Duc Thang Street): 9163933, very cheap price, great fitting
