Hanoi house wanted Dec/Jan/Feb

HI, I am looking to move from the present house and was wondering if anyone is leaving late December and has a nice house villa - 2/3 bedrooms and a reasonable size yard - that I might take over - assuming the area is ok and the landlord is easy to deal with.
Am looking for somewhere preferably close to the Sheraton / West Lake and about $400-600 per month. Have a dog so need a secure courtyard.Unfurnished is fine but must have usual a/c oven, refrigerator.
I know there are lots of agents as I have had 2 houses already - usually agents only lease empty houses and I need to give 2 months notice on my present house so do not wish to pay double rent if I can help it.

There is lots of construction/renovation in Nghi Tam (next to the sheraton) though I would be surprised if you will find in the price range you want. I understand that there is/or was cheaper housing out in Tay Ho (Xuan Dieu and beyond).

You should post some notices at the various "usual places" - western canned foods, L's place, Puku, etc., and let the broader community know you are looking. I saw several notices recently that lead me to believe you might get some leads that way.
